Sr. Sales Manager (Africa)

Experience: Total  04 -6 yrs Exp 

Qualification, Skills and Requisites for the Role
Graduate, MBA, Experience of solution sales (ERP) preferably from healthcare business . Sales Skills, Negotiation Skills, Networking Skills, Proposal Making Skills,  Understanding of Pricing & effort estimation, , Budgets.

Behavioral and Leadership competencies:
Acumen, Organized, Outgoing , Rejection Handling , Rebound Abilities,  Excellent Communication & Oratory Skills, Leadership Qualities

Impeccable communication skills in english (knowledge of local languages will be an added advantage)

Responsibilities:

  • To achieve set sales target & objectives for particular assign geographical market
  • To prepare sales tour plan for each quarter in advance
  • To get Key Strategic Partners and Accounts in each geography & Key Strategic Customer Accounts for each product Line
  • To coordinate with Mktg team and provide support for lead generation.
  • To follow pre-defined sales process from opportunity till deal closure.
  • To assist and coordinate with presales for effective presentation and better coordination
  • Provide inputs towards preparation of RFI (specific to financial, payment terms and general terms & condition)
