Fresh infusion of funds from investors to fund strategic expansion

Mumbai , India – September 17, 2015 : 21st Century Informatics, a leading healthcare informatics solutions company announced today that its investors have infused a fresh round of funds for strategic expansions in the Europe & African continents. To support execution of this strategy, they have also appointed André Proost as the Chief Executive Officer globally. André brings over 2 decades of experience in the healthcare IT domain and brings in significant best practices and market knowledge with him. Prior to taking on this role, André was the Managing Director of Centric Housing and Healthcare Solutions, based in Gouda, Netherlands.

On the management change, Jan Willem Meeuwis, Chairman on Board of 21st Century Informatics said “This move will give us great impetus and energy to penetrate and expand into these geographies with new energy and vigor”

On his appointment, André Proost said “I am very excited to take up this opportunity. 21st Century Informatics has already developed a very good market presence. I intend to continue the focus with newer product offerings and simpler engagement models including a cloud solution that will help position us as a true market leader.”

Jan Willem Meeuwis added “With André taking over as the CEO, Ravi will focus on product strategy and innovation. He will continue to support Andre for the initial few months. With this change, the current management team will start reporting to Andréwith immediate effect.”
